How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location in the U.S

Do you ship internationally?


At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?


Shipping is free on all orders.

How do I track my order?


As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.

My tracking info hasn't updated. What should I do?

Sometimes tracking links take 24–48 hours to update. If it’s been longer or you're concerned, email us at support@trendsiva.com and we’ll investigate it for you.

Do you offer plus sizes?


Yes! Many of our collections include sizes up to XXL and beyond. Use filters on the Shop page to browse extended sizes.

Will items look exactly like the photos?

We work hard to ensure accurate visuals. However, slight differences in color or detail may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

What’s your return policy?


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unworn and in original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?


We don’t currently offer exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
