At Trendsiva, we’re committed to making your shopping experience effortless and enjoyable. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery for most items.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Requested within 14 days of receiving your order

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support.trendsiva@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to return

    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

  2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back via any trackable shipping service.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without original packaging or in used condition

  • Any item returned after 14 days from delivery

💵 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method

❗Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • If the issue was our fault, we’ll cover the cost and send you a prepaid return label.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style:

  • Please return your item and place a new order separately.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds?

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again

  • Contact your card issuer or bank (processing can take time)

  • Still no luck? Email support.trendsiva@gmail.com. and we’ll help you sort it out
