Shipping & Delivery

1. Email support.trendsiva@gmail.com with your order number and item info.

2. We’ll reply with a return address and instructions.

3. Ship the item back in original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is damaged).

Refunds:

• Issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order.
